What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies for different styles. The MOQ for regular‑style bags is 100 pieces. Smaller quantities are negotiable for simple designs, while custom‑made items require a higher minimum order. |
How long does sampling and mass production take?
| Sample lead‑time: 7‑12 days. Mass‑production lead‑time: 25‑35 days, depending on design complexity and order volume. Shipping time is not included. |
Can I order a sample? Is there a sample fee?
| Samples are available. Sample fees will be charged, and the cost can be refunded once you place the bulk order. Buyer covers shipping cost. |
What materials do you use?
| We work with PU, faux leather, recycled leather, canvas, nylon, polyester, microfiber and more. We can also source fabrics as your requirement. |
Do you support private label and custom packaging?

What shipping methods do you support?
| We support sea freight, air freight and international courier. We accept trade terms such as FOB and CIF. |
